DianON (店ON) — self-serve website builder for small shops in Taiwan
This page explains in English what DianON is, who operates it, what it costs, and the key terms, refund and privacy rules. The service itself is offered in Traditional Chinese for shop owners in Taiwan.
AboutPricingOperator TermsRefund policyPrivacyContact
The Traditional Chinese documents are the governing texts: 服務條款 (Terms of Service), 交易資訊揭露 (Consumer Protection Act disclosure) and 個人資料保護政策 (Privacy Policy). This English page is a faithful summary provided for convenience. If the two differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
1. What DianON is
DianON is software as a service (SaaS). A shop owner creates and publishes the shop's own website by themselves, in the browser, in about three minutes:
- The owner pastes the shop's Google Maps link or types the shop details, picks one of the design templates and edits the text and photos.
- The software generates the page automatically, including pages in five languages (Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese), search-engine markup and a sitemap.
- When the owner presses Publish, the site goes live at a subdomain such as
shop-name.dian-on.com. The owner can edit and republish at any time.
What DianON is not:
- It is not a web-design agency. Nobody builds a site by hand for the customer; the page is produced by the software from what the owner enters.
- It is not a marketplace. Published shop pages do not sell products or take payments. They show shop information with call, map and LINE buttons.
- It is not general web hosting. Customers cannot upload their own code or files; only pages generated by DianON are served.
Drafts, previews and re-generation are free. A fee applies only when a site is published on the internet.
2. Pricing
| Plan | DianON Basic — one plan, all 16 designs included |
|---|---|
| Subscription | NT$349 per month per shop (tax included), renews automatically every month |
| Activation fee | NT$1,000 once per shop website (tax included), charged together with the first month when the site is first published |
| First charge | NT$1,349 at the moment of publishing (activation fee + first month) |
| Contract term | No minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time before the next renewal. |
| Second shop | Each shop website is billed separately (its own activation fee and subscription) |
| Payment methods | Credit and debit cards. The payment methods actually available, and the payment provider that processes the transaction, are shown on the checkout page. |
The activation fee is a one-time charge for switching a shop's website on (creating its subdomain and generating its language pages). It is not a fee for manual design work.

4. Terms of Service (summary)
Accounts
- Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- A published subdomain can only be updated by the account that owns it and cannot be transferred to someone else (contact us for a business transfer).
Fees and automatic renewal
- Fees are as shown in Pricing. Billing starts when you press Publish.
- The subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time before the charge, and no further fees arise after cancellation.
Your content and obligations
- Shop information must be true, and you must own or be licensed to use the photos and text you upload.
- Illegal, infringing, fraudulent, obscene or harmful content, spam and unlawful use are prohibited.
- Content you enter remains yours. You license DianON to use it only as needed to provide the service (generating, publishing, translating and caching the pages). AI-written introduction text may be freely used and edited on your site.
- The system, templates and code of DianON belong to the operator.
Suspension and termination
- If subscription payment stops, the published site is taken offline. Your data is kept for one year, during which you can resume; after that it is deleted and republishing counts as a new shop.
- We may suspend or terminate an account after notice for a serious breach of the terms. Maintenance and force majeure may interrupt the service temporarily.
Liability, changes and governing law
- The service is provided as is. Except for intent or gross negligence, liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the damage. Nothing limits your mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
- Changes to the terms are posted on the terms page with a new effective date; material changes are also notified by email.
- The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The court of first instance is the district court of the consumer's domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
5. Cancellation and refund policy
| 7-day withdrawal | Under Article 19(1) of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel within 7 days from the day your site is published by emailing [email protected], without giving a reason and without any cost. We refund the activation fee and the current month in full within 15 business days of your notice, and the site is taken offline. |
|---|---|
| After 7 days | You can cancel at any time. Billing stops from the next period; the current paid period is not refunded pro rata. The site stays online until the end of the paid period, then is taken offline (restorable within 1 year). |
| Our fault | If the service has a serious defect or cannot be provided for reasons attributable to us, you may request a refund. |
| Refunded activation fee | If the activation fee was refunded, it is charged again when the same shop is republished. |
| Complaints | Email [email protected]; we reply within 15 business days. You may also contact the local consumer service center in Taiwan (hotline 1950) or the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan. |
