1. What DianON is

DianON is software as a service (SaaS). A shop owner creates and publishes the shop's own website by themselves, in the browser, in about three minutes:

Drafts, previews and re-generation are free. A fee applies only when a site is published on the internet.

SubscriptionNT$349 per month per shop (tax included), renews automatically every month
Activation feeNT$1,000 once per shop website (tax included), charged together with the first month when the site is first published
First chargeNT$1,349 at the moment of publishing (activation fee + first month)
Contract termNo minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time before the next renewal.
Second shopEach shop website is billed separately (its own activation fee and subscription)
Payment methodsCredit and debit cards. The payment methods actually available, and the payment provider that processes the transaction, are shown on the checkout page.

The activation fee is a one-time charge for switching a shop's website on (creating its subdomain and generating its language pages). It is not a fee for manual design work.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

7-day withdrawalUnder Article 19(1) of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel within 7 days from the day your site is published by emailing [email protected], without giving a reason and without any cost. We refund the activation fee and the current month in full within 15 business days of your notice, and the site is taken offline.
After 7 daysYou can cancel at any time. Billing stops from the next period; the current paid period is not refunded pro rata. The site stays online until the end of the paid period, then is taken offline (restorable within 1 year).
Our faultIf the service has a serious defect or cannot be provided for reasons attributable to us, you may request a refund.
Refunded activation feeIf the activation fee was refunded, it is charged again when the same shop is republished.
ComplaintsEmail [email protected]; we reply within 15 business days. You may also contact the local consumer service center in Taiwan (hotline 1950) or the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan.
